Make package installable through pip.

For the 0.1 release it would be convinient to be able to install spectraplotpy through pip.

pip install spectraplotpy

So this means creating an account on https://pypi.python.org/ and uploading the package there.

Ahh, forgot about that. No problem I'll add my self.

There are two reason I write the issues here:

• It helps me organize.
• It gives you (the original team) a chance to take some of the tasks.
