[go-CAN-10] ROADMAP Milestones section numbering jumps from 13 straight to 19 #82

Description

@SoundMatt

Location: ROADMAP.md — Milestones section, ### 13 — ... heading followed directly by ### 19 — Interop Testing Infrastructure, with a "Bridges" section containing headings 14-18 appearing further down the file, after 19.

Finding: The numbered Milestones list runs 1 through 13, then jumps straight to "19 — Interop Testing Infrastructure." Milestones 14-18 do exist in the document (they're the protocol-bridge items — MQTT, SOME/IP, DDS, gRPC, REST) but live under a separate "Bridges" heading positioned below Milestone 19, so a reader scanning the numbered sequence sees an apparent 5-entry gap and an out-of-order "19" appearing before "14"-"18". This is a distinct issue from the already-open ticket about the stale Release Plan version table further up the same file — this one is about the ordering/numbering of the Milestones section itself, which a pending open PR touching ROADMAP.md's release table does not change.

Recommendation: Either renumber the sections contiguously, or reorder so the Bridges section (14-18) appears before Milestone 19, keeping the visible numbering monotonic.
