If a user uses anaconda (e.g. instead of miniforge installation of conda), then the default channel is not the conda-forge channel. In this case, it is probably required to specify the channel to be conda-forge, so we might as well specify it. I wouldn't recommend anaconda though, due to licensing restrictions.
