unnecessarily fetching all articles in feed

v2.25.2 on Firefox v110

when done reading, i always delete all articles after which a future feed refresh would d/l only the new articles since the last refresh

with v2.25.2 this has changed; updating the feeds (R-clicking folder for the feeds i want to refresh > 'Update') now fetches all articles instead of only the new ones - this may be intentional in which case i'll have to adjust how i use the extension
