Create the personal App Store Connect record and upload to TestFlight

The personal-team archive for com.significanthobbies.setline version 1.0.0 build 1 is signed and ready. On 2026-08-11, Xcode reached App Store Connect but stopped before upload because no app record exists for this bundle identifier. Create the record under personal team 8F7LXHTJZR, add beta metadata and feedback email, then rerun the internal-only TestFlight upload. Do not submit or release to the App Store.

Preflighted as the next TestFlight candidate after Calorie on 2026-08-13. Local main is clean and exactly matches the green CI SHA (cdc0836); release metadata is complete for com.significanthobbies.setline 1.0.0 (1). The older signed archive described in this issue is no longer present locally, so it will be regenerated and verified before upload. Internal TestFlight only; no App Store submission or public release.

Local verification is now complete: 10 core tests and 4 UI tests passed, the Release build succeeded, and a newly generated signed archive was verified as com.significanthobbies.setline 1.0.0 (1). The issue is no longer deferred and is queued at P1 immediately after the active Calorie upload.

TestFlight status update: build 1.0.0 (1) has finished processing and is Ready to Test (expires in 90 days). Created the Internal Testers group with automatic distribution; the build is attached. App Store Connect currently reports 0 eligible internal testers, so no invite could be sent yet.

Beta metadata is now saved in App Store Connect, including the feedback address. Build 1.0.0 (1) remains Ready to Test and attached to the automatic Internal Testers group. Remaining blocker: Apple currently reports 0 eligible internal testers despite the account having Account Holder/Admin access to all apps, so no invite can yet be issued.

Build-level What to Test guidance is now saved as well. The only remaining completion gate is obtaining an eligible internal tester and confirming the build appears/installable in TestFlight.
