SIE is a proposed cognitive data architecture where every data entity carries its own
intelligence through four concentric layers (Core Entity, Metadata, Context, Guardrail),
entities are connected via usage-telemetry-weighted Synaptic Connections governed by a
Hebbian strengthening mechanism, each connection carries a Micro-AI that feeds back to
connected entities, and a Central Governance Engine continuously restructures the network.
SIE is proposed as a replacement for the Medallion Architecture for AI-first data platforms.
