In the Constellation satellite, the clock configuration log to self.log.success shows up as CRITICAL-level error in constellation logs, probably the mapping of log levels is off somehow?

Yes, @ffeindt noticed the same. The success level is the same as constellations CRITICAL level. We can just change the success level to something different.
