Accuracy changer

[scoresaber-hub]

This was a feature on scoresaber reloaded where you could change the accuracy and it would show you how much pp would be given for said accuracy (note it doesn’t actually change the accuracy or pp counter it’s just a visual thing)

I like this idea. Might be cleaner to implement if we could get curve/formula info per realm on /api/v2/realms/{id} or even a separate /api/v2/realms/{id}/pp-formula

I think I would even prefer getting the curve on a per-map&realm level instead of just for a realm. Gives us more flexibility in the future
