Describe the bug
When a ticket is closed, there is no way to re-open it using the bot. This feature would allow staff to re-open a ticket after it has been closed, either by mistake or if a new concern arises.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Close a ticket using the bot
- Attempt to re-open the closed ticket
- Notice there is no option/command to re-open
