Luminax 1.3.0 + Create 0.5.1j server registry mismatch

installing Luminax ver 1.3.0 with Create 0.5.1j (and every other mod i have) causes server and client to disagree about create, saying server has ver. 0.5.1j and client has 0.5.1j. this issue does NOT happen with Luminax ver. 1.1.1
