Worldedit 7.3.8
I have been running a ATM10 server but since the 6.. version the server would crash with Worldedit 7.3.8 installed. I created a issue on WorldEdit's Github and they told me this.
"Generally with modpacks like that, it's because you've got a mod installed that's misusing block states or something similar, which causes the act of listing blocks to take minutes rather than nanoseconds. WorldEdit inherently needs to know this information on startup, rather than over time like MC does. You'd need to identify the problem-mod and report it to them."
I have removed your mod and everything is working as normal which I isolated with the server log file.
Modpack (if applicable)

Steps to reproduce
Added Worldedit 7.3.8 to the ATM10 modpack which will not allow the server to start.
