'Integrate QR Bar' setting breaks QR bar upon changing other settings

If you have the QR integration setting checked and then change any other setting (I haven't tested all of them, but this happens for all the 'Show' settings as well as the 'Auto-Triggers' checkboxes), then the QR bar buttons stop showing. The GG extensions buttons are still there, but the QR buttons disappear.

Notes:

1. The QR buttons don't just turn invisible, they are gone and can't be clicked at all.
2. Turning the 'Integrate QR Bar' setting off and back on doesn't fix it.
3. Refreshing ST or swapping to another character or even another chat on the same character DOES fix it, so it isn't a consistent nuisance.

I'm using Moonlit Echoes theme but I tested and this bug happens with and without it.

I know about this but never found a solution. But it should fix itself by just reloading the page. If that actualy doesn't help then please tell me as I need to look into it more deeply then.

Reloading works just fine, so does switching to a different chat, so it's not a huge problem!
