Firstly, I just want to say that I really enjoy using this extension. It's been so helpful, especially as chats get really long. Thank you!
However, I'm having issues with generations sometimes producing responses or impersonations that are based on previous instructions. A couple of times it's repeated a verbatim impersonation from many, many messages back, completely out of context. I also notice that when occasional system instructions leak through, they contain guided response instructions that had been given several messages ago, not the new instructions.
I hope I explained that in a way that makes sense. I've done a little troubleshooting on my own, but nothing that seems to make any difference—changing models, changing characters/chats, disabling vector storage, etc. Any ideas of what might be going on?
