REQUIRES PG_DUMP.EXE BINARY TO WORK
Usage:
- Download pg_dump.exe or install pgAdmin 4
- Place script somewhere, specify database credentials and backups folder path
- Create Task Scheduler Job with my XML template, specify time schedule
- Additionally specify telegram bot credentials and chatId to send alerts
