Mobile layout has cutting issues

On a mobile layout, some elements of the site do not render correctly/are not scrollable. In particular:

• Administrator SGA Spaces Bookings filters run off the page
• Administrator Blackout creation settings clip each other
• Active Blackouts in administrator cannot be scrolled
• my-rooms filters rub against the notification bell
• Notifications in my-rooms overflow to the right of the screen
• Body addition in user-settings overflows to the right of the screen
• The viewing previous requests toggle in request a booking is not visible to the right of the screen. Start date and end date fields in the same place overlap
