On more than one occasion, an event has existed that should be viewable by multiple bodies.
In the vast majority of cases, only one body sees a booking. The behavior change should be such that the default behavior still optimizes the user experience for single-body bookings, but makes multi-body bookings an option.
When creating or editing a booking, a selector should exist that defaults to "single body". The other options would be "divisional" and "multi-body".
A divisional booking behaves based on the division list (bodies are currently assigned to a division). For example, a booking for the Campus Affairs division would appear to anyone with an assignment to a body in the Campus Affairs division, and be manageable by anybody with a leadership assignment for a Campus Affairs body.
A multi-body booking behaves on an individual body basis. For example, if a DEI Committee leadership member requests a multi-body booking with the Wellness Committee, it should appear for members of both bodies, and be editable by leadership from either. (By editable, it is meant that the current request revision/request cancellation system is kept without changes).
This selector would appear for admins when creating and editing bookings, as well as for leadership when creating a booking request. Any leadership can request a multi-body booking. Leadership can only request divisional bookings for divisions of which they are leadership (e.g. a Student Success leadership cannot request a divisional booking for Office of the President).
