[feature request] outline auto-expanded or flat-style

At the moment the outline elements are all collapsed when you open a script file. That kind of negates the purpose of having a quick overview of what is happening in the file.

Could you add a setting so that it is automatically expanded?
Or a flat-style list instead of nested list?

hi, sorry for a long delay but its done.. added the ability to persist collapsable state between scripts so now it wont collapse automatically and their are expand all and collapse all buttons too.
