Can't Compile on windows even after installing portaudio 

So I tried to install portaudio a few different ways and added it to my path but it wouldn't detect it or something I would like to use vcpkg if I can but I couldn't get it to work with msvc or vcpkg does anyone know what to do I can't figure it out
