[Documentation] Inadequate comments and documentation in the code

@aryaman-titan @Aaditya-G @CoderMayhem @FireShadow05 Hello, I was reading throught the code and found that lot of the functions and code lack proper documentation and proper commenting. It would be good to have proper documentation of the code to enhance readability and smoothen the contribution process.
