help cant find exe

hello I'm a little new to github but when i got to the latest release and zip it i cant find the exe after extracting it or before . where can i find the exe for this application?

Use the installer https://github.com/Reloaded-Project/Reloaded-II/releases/download/1.30.3/Setup.exe

It'll install either to desktop or C:\Reloaded-II.
