Help: Persona 5 Royal, game starts up fine sometimes but other times it crashes on start up.

When i get the game to run it runs fine for about 30 minutes before crashing. And if i try to restart it, it crashes on start up. i have to disable every mod and re enable to get it working again. I have disabled steam overlay, i run the game as admin, and have updated net runtime. Ive redownloaded reloaded serval times and i have downgraded my game for the mods to work.

I attatched a log and a screenshot of the mods i have.
