You can find all of these in #226 if you search (ctrl+f) for the Id fields, e.g. crifs.v2.hook.

However, the location of reloaded.sharedlib.hooks is well known- it's unusual for it to fail to download.

If you have Reloaded in cloud storage e.g. OneDrive, try moving it out of there. Otherwise it's possible the launcher is being denied internet access, e.g. by Antivirus software.
