I’m starting work on this issue. I’ve confirmed the request is to add coverage for fake GitHub repository discovery in CI and keep real GitHub discovery tests behind an explicit opt-in flag. I’ll inspect the existing discovery implementation and test setup next, then update tests and validation accordingly.

Implementation and local validation are complete. I added deterministic fake GitHub discovery coverage for CI, added live GitHub discovery/access tests gated by CONDUCTOR_RUN_REAL_GITHUB_TESTS=1, documented the opt-in command, and verified the default suite plus the opt-in live GitHub category locally. I’m preparing the PR now after rebasing against main.

I’m picking this back up from the current worktree. I’ve read issue #53 and its existing comments, confirmed the scope is fake GitHub discovery coverage in CI with real GitHub tests opt-in, and I’m checking the local uncommitted test/doc changes before running the relevant build and test validation.

The branch already contains the fake GitHub discovery and live opt-in test implementation; I’m validating the build/test/format/docs checks now and will clean up any remaining worktree changes before opening the PR.
