Pcb copper weight?

Hello, very well done and nice project.

Only the Motherboard pcb has 2oz copper weight on the outside layers. The other modules (high current module included) has 1 oz copper weight instead.

What is the purpose of having just the motherboard with 2oz?
Could the motherboard work also with just 1 oz?
Or all the modules should have 2 oz instead?

As a PCB manufacturer, we generally follow the following rules, but we also need to make distinctions based on the actual product application. Usually, the copper foil on the outer layer needs to be electroplated with a layer of copper on top of the base copper, which results in an increase in the thickness of the outer layer copper compared to the original thickness.
