Suggestion Description
Currently, at least for the RPM package, the installation checks for the presence of loaded AMDGPU drivers. This fails in a container build environment where there is no GPU, and it makes it difficult to install the container toolkit within a container build, such as bootc image builds. The image is eventually deployed to a runtime that has AMD GPU hardware
It would be great if the RPM was packaged to not perform this installation check, or defer the check some way, so that the RPM can be installed via OCI/container builds
