Ubuntu 26.04 and render group

Ubuntu 26.04 nominally dropped the need for adding your user to the render group due to uaccess tagging.

uaccess tagging was enabled in systemd with these commits:
systemd/systemd@30a1a29
systemd/systemd@e30c044
systemd/systemd@9d3b73d

I believe this project needs to be adjusted accordingly.
