Type: AFK.

Add a reproducible Concept Demo Robustness Probe that runs the existing Concept Demo Bundle for a declared, bounded seed set and emits one summary artifact. The slice must verify the Localized Congestion Spillover Demo Scenario and the direction of gated mu and sigma Graph Contributions across seeds while keeping the results explicitly outside the Merit Probe evidence path.

Acceptance criteria

• A project-level command or equivalent stable interface runs the Concept Demo Bundle for a declared seed set.
• Every seed produces a complete Concept Demo Bundle or an explicit recorded failure.
• The summary reports routine-versus-spillover target location and variability checks for every seed.
• The summary reports that the downstream gated mu contribution is more negative and the gated sigma contribution is more positive during spillover, with failures visible rather than dropped.
• The output states that multi-seed synthetic robustness is a teaching sanity check and cannot support the Further-Investment Gate.
• Automated tests verify deterministic bounded output and directional contracts without pinning exact floating-point values.
