Type: HITL.

Run one structured review of the existing Guided Demo Path with a Methodologically Sympathetic Colleague. Capture whether the reader can explain the local predictor, graph contribution, parameter-specific mu/sigma paths, and Concept Demo Evidence Boundary in their own words. Apply or explicitly reject one bounded set of follow-up changes, then record that the Concept Demonstrator is frozen for the Merit Probe phase.

Acceptance criteria

• A concise colleague review guide covers the model decomposition, parameter-specific graph paths, and evidence boundary.
• At least one Methodologically Sympathetic Colleague completes the review and their concrete observations are recorded.
• Feedback is converted into a bounded set of accepted or explicitly rejected actions.
• Any accepted communication changes preserve the Concept Demo Evidence Boundary and Tracer-Bullet Fit Disclosure.
• The review outcome records that the Concept Demonstrator is frozen for the Merit Probe phase.
