Fail to run backend app du to carlspring down

I have this error when I want to build the app :
Could not transfer artifact org.springframework.boot:spring-boot-starter-parent:pom:2.2.6.RELEASE from/to carlspring (http://repo.carlspring.org/content/groups/carlspring): Transfer failed for http://repo.carlspring.org/content/groups/carlspring/org/springframework/boot/spring-boot-starter-parent/2.2.6.RELEASE/spring-boot-starter-parent-2.2.6.RELEASE.pom 521 Origin Down

If I try to reach http://repo.carlspring.org/content/groups/carlspring I got the 521 error.

Should we replace this package by another one or there is a way to ignore it ?

Thats right that in POM.xml we have the :

org.springframework.boot
spring-boot-starter-parent
2.2.6.RELEASE

But We don't have any POM parent.
Does someone could help me to solve it please ?

Hello the solution was to delete the setting.xml file from an old project -_-
