Have the option to have the MAL score instead of IMDB for anime.

The feature

Landed in #136 (merged to main). A MyAnimeList community score badge now appears next to the IMDb badge on anime details pages, in the MAL brand blue (#2E51A2).

How it works

Three-step resolution pipeline:

IMDB id -> ARM API (imdb -> mal_id) -> Jikan v4 (/anime/{mal_id} -> score)

ARVIO already uses the ARM API for AniSkip intro markers, so the IMDB→MAL hop is a proven working path. Jikan v4 is the unofficial MyAnimeList REST API.

• Only fetches for content detected as anime (via AnimeMapper.isAnimeContentStatic which checks TMDB ID against a hardcoded anime list plus the standard animation+Japanese heuristic).
• Runs in parallel with the main details load — never blocks rendering.
• 2-second timeout on each hop so slow responses don't stall anything.
• In-memory LRU cache (256 entries each for imdbId -> malId and malId -> score) including negative caching, so rebrowsing a catalog of anime costs zero network after the first visit.
• Badge only renders when score > 0.0 — entries that are too new or unscored see no badge.

Testing

Please verify on v1.9.8:

1. Open a well-known anime title (Attack on Titan, Demon Slayer, Your Name, Spirited Away).
2. Within ~2 seconds of the details loading, a blue "MAL 8.4" style badge should appear in the metadata row after the IMDb badge.
3. Open a live-action title — confirm no MAL badge (no Jikan request is made either, per the anime-content gate).
4. Open the same anime again — verify it still shows (cache hit, zero network).

If the MAL badge doesn't appear for an obvious anime on 1.9.8, please open a new issue with:

• The anime name and TMDB URL
• Whether the IMDb badge is visible (if yes, the IMDB ID is present; if no, TMDB might not have IMDB for that title)
