[Feature]: Local loaded tool - Ellipsis menu allow "Force reload directory"

### Provide an idea you would like to see in the tool?

Sometimes after running build, it doesn't seem like the app will always launch the "new" version, and reloading through dev menu works. It's been inconsistent so I haven't been able to see what exactly may cause it, but an option to force reload would be nice without having to go through the dev menu.
