[Bug]: npm-shrinkwrap.json is deprecated in NPM v12

What happened?

Hi all,
as discussed on discord. NPM has deprecated the usage of npm-shrinkwrap.json and will ignore it from packages.

Also, Socket flags the presence of npm-shrinkwrap.json in a package as a supply chain risk.
