After git clone , cd to dir , I ran
sudo make

I got this error

Make sure to have the below in your ~/.gitconfig

[url "https://"]
    insteadOf = git://

Download the latest rebar3 from https://github.com/erlang/rebar3/releases and replace the one in the repository

Run make

You can find the executable in _build/default/rel/
