[Suggestion]: Make MCP generic rather than tied to copilot

What would you like to suggest?

The AI integration was made ages ago when I had github copilot, it should be turned into a more generic MCP server that can be used with any assistant, and should be trimmed down to less tools (mostly just ability to run lua and get errors seems important). Goal is for it to allow lua execution, console / error reading and similar things that allow for rapid testing.

Definitely interesting although I think it's a different use case than what is intended here. I'm more thinking of a very minimal toolset that uses the existing debugging binary module to interact with the server / clients and also the language server as well, with less tools overall to avoid excessive context usage (likely just run lua, get console output, get errors and maybe one or two more). Mine will also be tied to the extension (since I'd like for it to be able to interact with the debugger) rather than being standalone.
