[Groups] Recommender System for groups search

Some ideas:

• Suggest popular groups (on the basis of messages sent / users joining, from influxdb)
• Suggest based on relations to selected course from the Web UI, we can use a tag system manually assigned from the dashboard (or just maybe use a clustering ML algorithm)
