Update EasyDelegate

The EasyDelegate sources are currently in review for 2.0. I pretty much redid everything in terms API and naming. It also ironed out some issues in the old implementation so as far as I know, it's entirely bug free now. The documentation for the 2.0 version can be seen here.

I'll make this a bit of a priority since there aren't many actual spots that the Delegates are used at the moment, should make implementation a little easier.

When this will get done will obviously depend on time openings which are currently slim to none.

It will require std::tuple (or an equivalent type thereof) for the DeferredCallers to work correctly. You will need std::set and std::unordered_set for the DelegateSet type. The very base delegate types are standalone. They do, however, depend on two exception types that currently derive from std::exception.

The Biicode repository is no longer a thing as Biicode apparently shut down not too long ago. Also, if you pulled down EasyDelegate 2.x literally anytime prior to yesterday, Member Delegates will be Broken.
