Summary

Scopes legacy accordion panel collapse styles to .focus-accordion-item .focus-panel so the homepage carousel #focusPanel remains visible.
Updates the homepage stylesheet cache key to force clients to fetch the corrected CSS.

Validation

Ran static validation for HTML local references, duplicate IDs, unsafe _blank links, CSS url() assets, inline script discovery, and the .focus-panel cascade regression.
Node is unavailable in this runner, so inline JS syntax was not parsed by Node.
