Uncrafting Table doesn't work in Minecraft 1.21.3

So I just downloaded the Simple Uncrafting Table mod for fabric v0.16.9 and it doesn't work!

I have the exact same issue, I think it's a problem of the actual version of the mod, I hope the creator they'll fix it soon.
