Hammer crash bug

When you craft either of the hammers they crash the game, this is because in the code you have the onCraft method to damage the hammer when you craft plates however the onCraft method runs when you craft the hammer itself and not when it's used in crafting

Adding hammer's craft recipe is my mistake.
