Dumping error for .tl file.

Describe the bug
Dumping command gives an error, no irOpt found.

To Reproduce
Run chiron to dump the IR of a example file, say example/example1.tl file.

Expected behavior
Dump must be produced in .kw format along with pretty print of the IR in the terminal.

Additional context
Dumping of .kw file gives error.

--dump_ir and --ir argument work fine and optimized.kw file is also created

try running:
python3 ./chiron.py -r --dump_ir ./example/demo/class_inheritance.tl

or any other .tl file
