Currently to stay abreast of latest changes to librer, visiting the repo to see if a new release has been made, downloading it, unzipping it, running the binary...all these are not super convenient

It would be very convenient for Linux users if a flatpak was available. No need to manually download latest releases.

AppImage also possible
