Python Module Built Incorrectly

When I ran the commands to set up the Python module and copied the sample script below write below it, it said that mkdssp is not recgonized as a module. I am unsure how to solve this issue

Could you please give a bit more information? What is the operating system you're using? Did the commands to build the module give any error?
