Online manual pages: No table of contents for pcre2syntax

PCRE2’s website publishes a very convenient web version of its reference manual. Unfortunately, some pages are quite long, and lack a table of contents to ease navigation. In particular, pcre2syntax(3) would benefit from a ToC like the one on Tocbot’s homepage.
