When adding a curated case to a cohort that already has 20 or 30 cases, you cannot navigate away from the add case page to look at previous used terms to help alignment of the cohort across clinical descriptions. It might be helpful to be able to view previously used terms in the cohort in order to make sure term use remains as consistent as possible. Some of the art of term curation is finding the correct existing term for a clinical description that does not use an exact existing term. Often within a given cohort i find a the term that matches that description has been used before but have trouble recalling what term was used with larger cohorts.
