• Update to post-kickoff/most recent WPIlib version
• Update to post-kickoff/most recent vendordeps
• Push updated libs to IronBase Repo
• Update all references to the year (LICENSE, build.gradle, etc)
• Import branch rulesets in .github/rulesets
• Update Authors.md
• Replace this README :)
