Check if the Guava upgrade can be bumped to modern versions (latest atm is 33.5.0)

We're currently providing the upgrade to 14.0 for versions older than 1.6. There have been a few CVE's so updating to at least 32.0.1 is recommended.

We do need to test that this big version bump does not break Minecraft versions 1.6 and above.

I already found an issue. Using v33.5.0 in 1.12.2 leads to a crash when opening a world due to a NoSuchMethodError. There may be an earlier versions that could be used without issue, but it'd take a lot of testing to find.

For the time being, I will keep the Guava versions unchanged.
