[Tweak]: Adjust Rest Stop Brake Tolerance

What happened?

attempting to stop at a rest stop. I press parking brake as soon as it says I'm at the stop, the truck's going 40 mph... and the turck comes to a stop, but the game says I blew passed the stop and never tried to stop. Is this intentional? Do I need to start braking earlier now?

What were you doing right before?

X to take the rest stop exit, cruise adjusted speed and took the exit, I pressed P upon hearing I'm at the rest stop.

A fix is available in draft PR #120: #120. Rest-stop arrival cues now provide a speech-rate-aware real-time response window; pressing P after the cue commits the stop while braking completes, while continuing without stopping still misses the stop. Destination-exit behavior is unchanged. Focused transcript and keyboard tests, smoke coverage, the full pytest suite, Ruff and compile checks, and the final Accessibility Agents review all passed. Manual desktop verification was deferred at the user's request.
