Linux: Seems to have two separate windows

Seems to have two separate windows; a blank one with window controls (title bar, resize handles) and the UI itself, but without window controls. Moving/resizing the former affects the latter, though.

What distro / desktop are you using?

Distro is Rocky 9.

X11 Gnome desktop.

Have seen it happen with both Gnome Standard and Cinnamon.

Ok so I`m also having this issue on CashyOs with Leftwm (X11)
