Currently, iFixes are installed as part of configure.sh. Consider installing iFixes in features.sh since technically, iFixes can be installed once the features are installed. Check whether features.sh applied iFixes and if not, continue to install iFixes as part of configure.sh, to avoid breaking existing users (who copy in iFixes after features.sh has run and rely on configure.sh to install them).
