[Feature]: Implement `id_set` for CoreSMD rules

Implement id_set for CoreSMD rules.

Why do you want this feature?

To be able to select more than one node ID in CoreSMD rules.

Alternatives you've considered

Specifying nodes one-by-one with id, which is obviously tedious.

Additional context

This is an extension of #52. id_set was defined, but not fully implemented due to the urgency of the feature. Now that it has been merged, it can be implemented.
